Team foundation Services has undergone somewhat of a rebranding and will henceforth be known as Visual Studio Online. VS Online allows you to go from zero to group coding in minutes by configuring a complete development infrastructure in the cloud. You can even connect to your projects in the cloud using other IDEs like Eclipse or Xcode [Mind Blown!]. Each Visual Studio Online account comes with five free Basic users and includes shared monthly resources for build and load testing (using the VS Express products).
I was involved in multi person project some months back (outside of my day job) and the kind of speed you gain by essentially renting the space in the cloud really helps your timelines and reduces the friction involved in working with multiple developers with differing methodologies. Love it!
